I have had an outstanding issue with a return for four months. I have talked to someone at headquarters and documented the issue; however, no one has followed-up with me. I have been a customer for over 20 years. The lack of customer service is unbelievable.
These were the friendliest, most helpful, nicest retail store employees I have ever Encountered. It was remarkable.
