If you need it, they have it This is a store where I could stay for hours on end. They have no end of knick knacks and gadgets to organize and improve your life. I love trying out all the little tools and admiring the items I could never afford. I did buy some Elfa shelving from here and I must say it is incredible. They have a great sale on Elfa like twice a year.

I love The Container Store! Scheduled an Elfa design appointment with Kathy P (who is awesome) to redo several of my already elfa closets plus a new design for our foyer/coat closet. That's the great thing with this product - you can change it, add new features, etc., as your needs change. The service at the Southlake store is always great.
I didn't realize a festival was going on yesterday and needed to finish a project with 3 kids in tow. Scrambling for an idea of how to park and get in, I called to store to see what the curbside pick up entailed, if I could use that service and Graham answered the call. He told me it's online orders but that he was leaving for the day and give me his spot! Who does that?! Then we roll in, grab what we needed after Kay so graciously helped me and then escorted us with our purchase to the car!!!! This team is so so so amazing!... read more
