So we are remodeling some of the house and we went to The Container Store to get a closet kit. Some of you know about her heart issues. The design was complete and we were about to drop a grand. Wife’s allergies are really bad today and she dropped her mask below her nose. The guy helping us flipped out like she had a penis on her face and said you can’t be in here with your mask off! I placed an online order for pick up. The team was great and my wait time was short. Unlike 2 other stores I visited today, I felt welcome and encouraged to shop there. I interacted with several team members, all of them were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist.

Great experience!!! I had a master closet designed and installed. The design team took their time with me and did a great job! My installer, Rick Lovering,was even better! He arrived on time, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!
jamie who is the store manager is very racist towards black men and its insane she felt comfortable sharing her thoughts that 'all black men are lazy'
