RecommendedToday my mom had her new Elfa closet installed and it turned out perfect for her! We had exceptional customer service from the sales persons in the Little Rock store helping with a custom design to meet her physical limitations to Tim, the installer. My mom is so happy with the outcome and she can now reach all her clothes and has extra storage for other things. I would highly recommend the Container Store and the Elfa custom closet. Not happy! Spent over $1,200.00 a couple of weeks ago. Had the unit assembled in my home today. 13 boxes of parts. Missing a $1.06 assembly piece. Wife called the 800 customer service number to ask for missing part. Got a long lecture about no piece missing, we must have screwed up the assembly. Would not replace the missing piece. We had to pay for the piece plus shipping. We'll see if it comes. Great customer service till the sale is made. 800 Customer service has trashed repeat customer business for the Little Rock store.
Great store. Has all your organizing needs. Friendly staff. They do demonstrations all the time, in fact we watched one and won a free gift while there.
Good stuff, but when I'm there to outfit my kitchen and pantry the kitchen and pantry sale only cover 15% of the items I need I think the promotion is ridiculous, I wish I didn't bother
