I placed an order in July, still haven’t received it, and get no updates. I have emailed at least 5 times and called customer service many times only to be on hold for hours. Very disappointed!

Horrible experience. We payed way too much money for an Elfa closet in 2015 and were not given a finished look. The product is very overpriced and deliveres a very poor quality. The sales staff contradicts one another on product uses. Items also arrived defective. We should have returned it when we had the chance. Three years later it is still tough to look at knowing how much we spent looking for a finished look.

I ordered online, got some Ebates money back, was a first time shopper got another 15% back, picked up IN MY CAR!!! This was an awesome purchasing experience!!! Nice employee brought me my package. WILL DO IT AGAIN!!!
I love that I can walk around just looking at things at my leisure and not be pestered by anyone who is trying to help me, yet if I need help with anything there is always someone to ask who is helpful
