Worst service ever. Placed an online order to pickup today at 1, happened to be running ahead of schedule this morning so decided to pick up, nope, can't pick up early because of the process. Wouldn't even let me go pick the 2 small items on the shelf to fulfill my own order. Now, back at 2 and order isn't ready. Won't be back, sticking with Target and Amazon!
Have been shopping here for years now, but the Perimeter Container Store employees customer service was absolutely disgusting today. Some told me to wait and walked away as I asked for help others did not even acknowledge. Asked for the store manager and after 5 mins of waiting I was told he was not responding. Walked around for another 20 mins and he never showed up. Had to approach and ask associate again and she said he still was not responding even though they said he was with the customer first time I had requested him.... read more
