Finally got a membership to fully soak up and feel the benefits of this amazing little spa container. Awesome find in Pagosa springs.
The Container Spa is such an innovative new addition to Pagosa! I loved my experience there today, and the physical and mental benefits I reaped from the hot-cold treatment. It's a beautiful and relaxing spot to spend 30 minutes or so going from the hot sauna to the cold plunge. Kim was super helpful with tips to maximize benefits from the experience, and helped me prepare my breathing for the cold plunge.
