I'm not sure about this firm. I only dealt with the intake specialist I believe her name is Kate who was quick to dismiss my case. In my opinion, she is costing the firm money or they're missing out on potential cases because of her. I get that with working on the contigency basis, firms are a bit more selective with the cases they'll accept. Kate told me that I didn't have a case which puzzled me because I knew I did. They were willing to take my case, have great case managers that answered the phone when I called to get updates or proactively called me when there was news to report. At the end, we won the case. I feel they provided me the option to make the choices to what was appropriate, and gave me proper closure on this entire event. I’m happy with the way this concluded. Thanks again everyone at TCL.
