Phoned at 5pm asking to speak with a doctor regarding my 3 month old baby having a reaction to her immunisations that I was concerned about as she was really unsettled (unlike her) and the area was swollen and red. Sat on hold for 30 minutes and was then told no I had to phone 111 if I was concerned about her. I said I wasn't happy with that given I had just sat for 30 minutes on hold and I could have brought her down in 5 minutes given I live right beside the practice and if I had phoned 111 first they would have just told ... read more

Honestly cannot raise a single complaint about here, every time I've been ill I've been seen straight away and always have my issues resolved, great practice from admin staff to GP's
I haven't been with this Practice that long due to my previous one closing, and I have been really impressed with their efficiency, helpfulness and professionalism. All reception , nursing and medical staff have been providing me with an excellent service, despite the daily pressures on GP surgeries. I feel really listened to, and am treated with respect and empathy whenever I am there from all staff. Thank you all for service you provide
Recently moved back to paisley What a shambles from the admin staff and reception staff they hang up phone pretending to be cut off and get passed about 4 different people i spoke to on different occasions i filled in application forms handed them in waited over 3½ weeks umpteen phone call and messed about to finally be told were only taking pa2 postcodes? why did they never tell me this at the front desk when I first applied.
