Gutted that I have moved out of the practice area. Every experience I have had with this practice has been positive. Always courteous and professional.
I have to put this message on and hope this lovely girl gets recognition for it! I telephoned the surgery yesterday to make an appointment and ask a question about a procedure I had, had. Charmain (not sure if this is correct spelling, sorry if it isnt) was an absolute delight to speak to!! She was so helpful, and answered my query as best she could. Charmain was calm, professional and so lovely to speak to! All surgeries should have a Charmain!!! Thank you so much Charmain!!!
