A short drive from Kripalu and Tanglewood, this lovely historic home that has been turned into an inn is a welcoming and comfortable retreat. Our stay included a lovely continental breakfast in the dining room, and we made use of the parlor room, which has several comfortable seating options as well as games and books.
Everything was absolutely great. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I might suggest is maybe at the continental breakfast you would have a warm dish like scrambled eggs along with sausage links. That would be a nice addition to your continental breakfast but otherwise everything else was wonderful.
Myself and my husband just returned from The Constance it was Beautiful, our room was so cozy and extremely clean. The Continental Breakfast had such a delicious assortment of foods to choose from plus juices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. I apologize but I am horrible with names but a young lady who was sitting at the front desk was exceptional A+ to her.
There are mixed reviews and we tried to give the Constance by Lenox Collection the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, there's no benefit to be found here. I reserved a specific room and was given a different room without the staff even telling me we were switched. We got to the room, which was much smaller then the one we wanted. They did move us to correct room only after having to request the specific room we reserved.
