Would give them zero if I could. Absolutely dreadful practice. GPs couldn't care less and just want to fob you off. Literally the worst practice I have ever encountered. I believe they bear a huge amount of responsibility for my mother's catastrophic deterioration in health. Today my very very ill mother has spent 6 hours in agony in A&E totally unnecessarily due to outrageously lazy behaviour and a side helping of incompetence from the GP we dealt with.
Terrible appointment with another GP at this practice. I’ve been misdiagnosed with anxiety / depression for years, it is only recently that I went privately to the Lorna Wing Centre for an assessment for autism which was confirmed last month. This misdiagnosis is a common experience for autistic women. Set up an appointment to share this new diagnosis with my GP who was immediately dismissive of the fact I hadn’t raised it and seemed to question whether or not I actually had the diagnosis or not. Poorly managed surgery, everything too much for the staff. From booking an appointment to getting results and will only get worse as more houses are built in the area. They will only book appointments for that day, refuse to book any in advance. Can’t get through at 8am to book an appointment, once appointments are gone you have to book a call via their online booking from and will expect a call back in 48hrs!
