Our wedding here was picture perfect and felt very romantic. Every time we go by the Conservatory I have fond memories of our wedding day. The owners made it such a stress free and enjoyable day!
My husband and I were married at the Conservatory in 2007, over 13 years ago. Everything was just beautiful, well managed and perfect for our celebration! We didn't have to worry about decorations because the space is so lovely as/is. The back courtyard is perfection for photos, it's one of the most beautifully landscaped areas and offers a lot of photo options, despite the smaller space. We got married here in 2014. Booking with them was a PAIN. they never answer phones or call back, I couldn't even get an email back. I also had to drive and be in person. They were beautiful and I LOVED that they did all the decorating, I did not like that they wanted $75-$100 for a TABLE for our sand jar. They advised we could not bring our own table. This place was my dream! My grandparents got married here and my fiancé knew how important it was so he proposed to me on the steps. Even set it up so my grandfather was going to marry us! Took one day for them to respond and set our date for September 2021 figure give it time cause of Covid to pass. Took all of five minutes for them to take my deposit. They cancelled our wedding due to COVID and waited until last week to inform us leaving us to scramble to find another venue. COVID has been going on since March, yet they waited until June to cancel. So honestly I would think carefully choosing them. The timing of the cancellation, how generic their emails were, and the lack of empathy in their responses tells me they cannot be trusted to keep their word. You are not important to them, therefore proceed with caution is my advice.
