Awful. The coordinator missed our meeting then called me 15 minutes after to see if I could come back to the shop. It took a solid month to get her to reply to my phone calls and emails. She confused my flowers with another brides and she still hasn't returned my final calls or emails. Two months later ... I found another florist as my wedding is 3 weeks away. The worst thing ... The Conservatorie doesn't even know this because they wont bother to reply to my emails or phone calls. STAY FAR AWAY.

My bridal bouquet was not what I asked for. I told them I wanted a bouquet of pale pink roses and I had a picture to show them what I wanted. I also specifically told them that I did not want an ivory bouquet. On my wedding day I was totally disappointed. They showed up with a bouquet of ivory roses. They tried to tell me they were blush but they were not and even if they were, blush is not what I wanted. They did go out and get pink roses but they were too pink and not full at all.
