That receptionist needs training in dealing with sensitive and traumatised patients. The admin is woeful and they fail to do the most basic concessions for their clients. I now see this is not a unique experience. I had hope they'd be ok, and when I get through to the owner she seems at least wanting to try, btu she is being let down big time by bad front of house staff and a deficient system.

I would strongly advise others to avoid Conscious Health Clinic due to a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience. I was clearly told when booking and attending my therapy appointments that they would be fully covered by Medicare and that I wouldn’t need to pay anything out of pocket. Around 6 months later, I received an email claiming I owed money for three appointments. The team at concious health are lovely. I've been receiving counselling there for 12 months. I have had issues with psychology and staying attached to a service for a long time. This is the first time for many years I have continued at the service for more than 8 sessions. Than you Christina!
