Just had the most relaxing experience in the infrared sauna. The studio space is calm, tranquil and welcoming. The sauna is preset at a toasty 55° with a fluffy white towel set waiting for you. There is a beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower to prep for your sauna & to rinse off in at the end. The sauna is so spacious for one - you can sit, lounge or lie with bent knees. The warm heat evokes healing and calm. What a gorgeous, relaxing space. Go on, spoil yourself!

Just had a facial with Bec. She was super attentive and made sure to ask thorough questions about how my skin reacted to certain products. I had never had a facial before but she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed- I almost fell asleep! My skin looks and feels great! Will be back.
