They are a ridiculous insurance company where your rates only increase never decrease. Last time I called about it I was told they offered a free defensive driving course and that it would help. I said sure I'll take it and then I went to sign up and the place wanted over $60 lol. They force you to have much higher insurance rates on your vehicle than what's needed.
