First time user today. Got off to rough start, but I am blaming myself for not understanding how things work (scheduling). The people manning the phones are nice and patient. The driver + ride along were great and I enjoyed talking with them. My advice to all is give yourself an extra hour on pickup time and relax... I sincerely appreciate this service; it is a life saver for me.
My mother has scheduled a pickup twice and both times they were late . 1st time- she had to ask a neighbor for a ride last minute. 2nd time (today) they did not show up. I called and the operator said they were on their way. It was too late. She missed her appointment. I asked why they were late and she said "they just run behind sometimes, it happens" They also do not call to let you know they are running late to see if you could possibly make other arrangements.
