We recently hosted my niece's baby shower at The Confetti Lounge, and we could not have been happier with how everything turned out. The space itself is absolutely perfect for an intimate celebration like a baby shower. The layout worked beautifully for seating all of our guests comfortably while still leaving plenty of room for gifts, games, and a food setup. Response time by management was horrible. The space is nice however the floor was filthy. It was embarrassing to host people with such a dirty floor! We tried to clean it ourselves but apparently was stained or something. Uggh.
Would have loved to have our baby shower here. However, after multiple phone calls, emails & texts nobody ever got back to us. Sad
I really try to not leave negative reviews for a small business, and I was so hopeful to schedule a bridal shower here, even after reading some of the reviews around a lack of responsiveness. We had a phone conversation, agreed on a date and package, and then I received no follow up. I emailed multiple times over multiple months and nothing. It should not be this difficult to do business.
I was really hoping not to experience the poor communication that so many other reviewers have mentioned but here I am. Communication was great in the beginning via text- response was quick and after confirming the date was available and a few other details we discussed I told her I was interested in booking.
