I've lived here for a few years. Cons: There is a history of frequent car break-ins, which affected my family twice. Crime. The walls are thin, and frequently we noticed marijuana odors seeping into our apartment, which was frustrating. In the halls as well. There continues to break ins. Glass on the ground punctured. Pros: The management, especially the front desk staff can be helpful at times. The location is close to downtown. It's up and coming.

Management is friendly which is great. It's close to downtown, a plus. Beautiful views. HOWEVER, the car break-ins are out of control, almost every couple of months. 6 in one night recently. Both of my cars over 1.5 year have been broken into or parts stolen. The apartment complex sometimes smells like weed ENTIRE floors. It has even come through our vents, so our apartment smells like weed ... even our guests complained. This is why I'm giving this place such a lower review.
