The common areas are just old and outdated; they don't reseal or take care of the terrazzo floors, so they're pitted and yellowed. The entryways are dark and not well-lit. I've lived here for a few years. Cons: There is a history of frequent car break-ins, which affected my family twice. Crime. The walls are thin, and frequently we noticed marijuana odors seeping into our apartment, which was frustrating. In the halls as well. There continues to break ins. Glass on the ground punctured. Pros: The management, especially the front desk staff can be helpful at times. The location is close to downtown. It's up and coming.
