I've lived here for about six years. Pros: The management, especially the front desk staff, is very friendly and helpful. The location is great—close to downtown with beautiful views. If you're lucky, you can find an updated apartment. Cons: There is a history of frequent car break-ins, which affected my family twice. The walls are thin, and at times, we noticed marijuana odors seeping into our apartment, which was frustrating. However, this only happened in one of the two apartments we rented. Management is friendly which is great. It's close to downtown, a plus. Beautiful views. HOWEVER, the car break-ins are out of control, almost every couple of months. 6 in one night recently. Both of my cars over 1.5 year have been broken into or parts stolen. The apartment complex sometimes smells like weed ENTIRE floors. It has even come through our vents, so our apartment smells like weed ... even our guests complained. This is why I'm giving this place such a lower review.
