Best condo to live - 5 mins to metro and amtrak both! Right above whole foods which is accesible within the building. Walkable to king st and waterfront … what else to ask for! Last but not least everyone in the building is super nice and sweet and so is the property manager who takes care of the building very much. Its always spotless when it comes to cleanliness. If you are looking for quite home to come back to this is your place. Lived here 2 years and love it very much.
It is pleasure having Liliana Scott as the building manager. She is fantastic! Lilly always greets me with a warm smile and is exceptionally professional. She is approachable and always willing to assist with any need. Lilly has helped make stressful situations less stressful and manageable.
Probably one of the most convenient condo buildings in all of Alexandria. Located above a Whole Foods, less than 5 minutes to the King Street Metro, and 5 minute walking to the center of Old Town. Well-maintained, well-managed. Easy Living. Lived in these condos 3 years and loved it.
