Miko is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to condos and real estate. He's well informed and his background in Engineering and in the education space is a huge added value for working with him. Especially when it comes to investing. He's helped many times with making an educated and informed decision. He's a great advisor, realtor, and most of all a great friend.
Miko helped me to buy my first pre construction condo, provided me with valuable information on unit selection and upgrades. He provide regular updates as it got closer to closing. He also helped me to sell my house, gave great advice on downsizing from a house to a condo and suggested realistic time frames for downsizing which I really needed. He friendly, honest and makes you feel comfortable. I would definitely call on him in future and highly recommend him.
Miko was great at helping us with our purchase and rental of our investment property. He guided us through the buying process and found us the perfect tenants. We hear being a landlord can be troublesome, but Miko takes the time to find the perfect ones. We do recommend.

Absolutely loved working with Miko. We met during a vacation, and although he mentioned he was on vacation he still gave us some input on the market. When we returned he immediately began helping us with a home purchase. He picked what was right. Every home was a winner. But he said he knew which one was right, and Voila!...He nailed it!
