Absolutely the worst experience we’ve had from any local company. Spent $1800 on a fountain, broke a piece and called to find out when the piece could be done. Had to call 3 times; first time was told someone would call back, no one did so called again was told “I’ll keep you updated”, called again to see if we could get an idea of a time (we live 1.5 hours away, need to plan around that trip) and no one could answer and got cussed out. We bought this fountain a few years ago from the Concrete Kingdom but just added the pond below it this year. Thanks for the wonderful touch up paint to the original fountain.
Tony and Nikki rock! We bought a fountain from them 2 years ago . It didn’t really spit the water out like it should , we kept trying to mess with it but to no avail.....so I called today. They were at my house in 2 hours and fixed our fountain, no charge!
The friendly family atmosphere keeps me coming back! and they have such a wonderful variety of items! You can't go wrong!
Love this place! So glad they ate in Okolona now.
