Nick never came back to apply the concrete protection. He never came back to repair the huge crack in our driveway. BBB gives him an F rating thanks to the job he refuses to finish. Nick Martinez will not return calls and work he performs is not to code, poor quality, and simply doesn’t hold up. I just wanted a concrete driveway and walkway. My front step is even cracked and two different colors. Do not use this man. He does not honor his warranty.

Here’s the deal, Chris and his crew did an excellent job with laying the concrete patio, we are very pleased with it, however they didn’t backfill around our patio like they said they would after removing the frames and stakes/post around the patio and we have yet to receive our contract like they said they would give us, even after contacting Nick the owner,who said we would receive our contract. Nick and his company is not good with any type of concrete that requires detail (Stamped or stencil with color). He was in a hurry and rushed our patio/walkway. He was unprepared and there were so many issues (cracks, color inconsistencies, power washed too soon and left areas very rough, not level, poor base work, very messy). I would not recommend Nick Martinez from The Concrete Guys to anyone. I will start with the unprofessionalism. Nick was unable to provide a receipt for any of our payments or the warrranty paperwork promised on his website. He did state he will honor the warranty and that the paperwork isn't necessary; however, I am not comfortable with that response since he is admittedly a thief. Friendly, affordable, and they do great work. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our patio. Highly recommend to all in the Columbus area.
