I have not moved in yet but the process to set up lease and prepare to move in has been very organized. I appreciate the apps the concord uses and their communication.
My son doesn't live in this building, but in a building with the same numerical address on a different street. For some reason, Target delivered his package to the Concord instead of his building. I called and spoke with Nancy Lang Bowen, who was able to quickly find it for him and hold it until he arrived. After being led on for 5 months and so many inconsistencies I decided not to move forward with Concord at Sheridan.I personally feel Nancy and Sugey Moran should communicate more , they are very inconsistent and quite frankly Sugey has A idgaf nonchalant attitude and needs to do her job better .
