I recently completed the Word Level 3 class here at The Computer Workshop, and I had a wonderful experience! I learned so much and gained a much deeper understanding of Word’s advanced features and more efficient ways to use the program. I signed up for an in-person class but instead was given an online class in one of their classrooms. I could have done this from home or from a conference room at work! I had technical difficulties and there was nobody here to assist. Speakers and mic quit working. I recommend you find a different place to take training! I highly doubt I would ever take a class here again!
