WHen our daughters laptop went down we searched for computer repair and decided on Computerworks. Although it took a while to get fixed, they did repair it. (the time constraint was finding and having the part shipped...would have been the same no matter who we used) A month later she started having the same problem again,-figured it was a goner and time for a new one but we called and took it back and he replaced another part and voila - works great!.I will not hesitate to take our computers to Computerworks if we need them... read more

The only thing that I dislike is that I leave messages to return my calls and they are not followed up. That is not customer-focused and could be a problem in the future for new customers.
Very friendly, very professional, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!
My laptop shutdown. I got it back that day it was just a virus. They are very friendly people.
Moe was a lifesaver. Our computer died. He fixed it and got us up and running that day.
