They do the job they are supposed to do, but the prices are outrageous, like I understand you have to pay for upkeep and everything, but I know no one needs to pay 75/hr for services that shouldn't even last longer than an hour and still end up paying for 2-3 hours of service fees, honestly it's sort of a greedy business. I'd recommend using my service DDT for cheaper prices, I'm doing services for 15-25/hr
Great service. I tripped and ripped the charger out of my laptop. Took it over to the store at 10am and had it back at 2pm. Fair price. I will use them in the future if the need comes around.

Great service and helpful staff. They even told me that I could buy a part cheaper at another place, but I preferred the personal full service of a locally owned shop.
