I have used this place for many years. They are extremely thorough and a few times the radiologist was there viewing my films prior to me leaving and asked for more views or came in the ultrasound room and asked to look closer at a spot. I highly recommend this place for mammograms or ultrasounds of the breasts.
I had posted a review about 6 months ago and I wrote about an issue that I had there. I just want to give you an update. I received a phone call from the Administrative office and they apologized for dropping the ball, and they wanted a chance to fix their mistake. I'm very impressed that they cared enough to contact me and to try and make things right.They did a super job of corrective customer service! I just went to Wellington Regional Women's Center for an ultrasound. I'll never go anywhere else! What a difference from the chain operations. Dr. Mondro did her fellowship at Harvard - Mass General with the top experts in the field and is great. She looked at my mammogram (Akumen radiologist had just written it was inconclusive with no details so it was quite disturbing) and then told the wonderful kind and experienced technician, Stephanie, what details to look for.
