This is an amazing gym. In a world filled with gums that are noisy and crowded and anonymous - The Compound is exactly the opposite. What a great place to workout.

As a Life Time Fitness, [solidcore], and Barry's devotee, I have high standards for my fitness venues. Paul's boutique gym has met or exceeded all of them. His facility is always kept in immaculate condition -- when equipment is malfunctioning, he ensures his members don't use it, and repairs are completed quickly. I particularly appreciated the secure entry, clean shower/towel service, and the professionalism of Paul's team. The Compound is hands-down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. It’s clean, well-maintained, and packed with a wide variety of high-quality equipment — everything you need for strength training, conditioning, or just getting a solid workout in. One of the things I love most is that it’s never overcrowded. You don’t have to wait around for machines or weights, which makes for an efficient and enjoyable experience every time. For years I tried unsuccessfully to lose weight that crept up on me after menopause. I went from being fit and slim, to putting on a 45% increase over a decade. I tried valiantly to lose weight – one notable effort included a very strict diet which required measuring/weighing food PLUS CrossFit 5 days per week.
