The Compound is an amazing gym. I love how intimate it is even for its large space. It’s very clean, well organized & has every piece of equipment imaginable. Paul is an excellent trainer who changes up the workouts every time I train. The workouts are challenging yet doable & I’ve noticed lots of positive changes in my body shape since training with Paul. I highly recommend this gym & trainer!
I joined The Compound Gym in April of 2025. I signed up for personal training with Paul two times a week. He has motivated me to come in on my non training days and I have dropped 39lbs and feel amazing! This would not have happened without his coaching and personal care about my well being. This is an amazing gym. In a world filled with gums that are noisy and crowded and anonymous - The Compound is exactly the opposite. What a great place to workout.
