The Compound is absolutely the best CF facility in town. The coaches spend time with you on technique and getting you prepared for competition. Coach Colins sense of humor drive to be the best coach is paramount in why this place is so amazing!!!!!
The Compound, by far, has been the best experience I've ever had at a gym. The coaches are phenomenal and work with anyone regardless of experience. Welcoming, fun, and motivational are just a few words to describe The Compound. Come try out a class! You won't be disappointed. Kids classes on Saturdays too! Truly a family atmosphere!
I can't say enough about The Compound. From the amazing coaches to the family oriented environment. The coaches go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. Their expertise is absolutely amazing so if you are looking to lose weight and feel better then this is the place for you!
