Great place ! High quality technicians, fair prices
I gave two stars because the process of getting my car there was a breeze, due to them being flexible and having an overnight drop off services. They also did explain the process being $75 for a diagnostics (which I had already performed and knew what the issue was). I was ok with that and explained to them the issues I was having with the vehicle. They received my car and kept it for a day to complete the diagnostics. Had taken my car three last October to have a transmission rebuild. And it wasn’t done correctly. When expressing my issues with the work they put the on everything was and other things the car needed that they where changing crazy prices for. But told I had a warranty on the work not even 60 after getting the car fixed for everything they said I needed done the transmission wasn’t working. Not it’s back there and no one well return my calls, give me an update and apparently the mechanics are always unavailable when I go up ... read more
They seem to be pretty honest and they said their women customers like them they fixed the problem they were to the point and one even explain to me some of the warranties that my car was still under but I went to Naperville both branches I bought mine from downtown Naperville and the tune change when I was a woman and the fact that I was bringing my car in to get honored for a warranty but they were very helpful I don't have any complaints about the work they did.
