Been a loyal customer for apprx. 4yrs. Their customer service is TERRIBLE since Rafael left. I only go back for service because I have warranties on parts that they’ve “fixed”. Even though I truly don’t believe they attempt to fix anything anymore because I keep going back for same issues. I’ve had everything under the sun fixed, per their recommendations, and my car still does not drive as if any of those recommendations were necessary and/or as if the work recommended was the root of the problem. Great place ! High quality technicians, fair prices
I gave two stars because the process of getting my car there was a breeze, due to them being flexible and having an overnight drop off services. They also did explain the process being $75 for a diagnostics (which I had already performed and knew what the issue was). I was ok with that and explained to them the issues I was having with the vehicle. They received my car and kept it for a day to complete the diagnostics. When I received an update they explained that the car pulled several codes and that they needed an ADDITION... read more

Had taken my car three last October to have a transmission rebuild. And it wasn’t done correctly. When expressing my issues with the work they put the on everything was and other things the car needed that they where changing crazy prices for. But told I had a warranty on the work not even 60 after getting the car fixed for everything they said I needed done the transmission wasn’t working.
