Been a loyal customer for apprx. 4yrs. Their customer service is TERRIBLE since Rafael left. I only go back for service because I have warranties on parts that they’ve “fixed”. Even though I truly don’t believe they attempt to fix anything anymore because I keep going back for same issues. I’ve had everything under the sun fixed, per their recommendations, and my car still does not drive as if any of those recommendations were necessary and/or as if the work recommended was the root of the problem. Great place ! High quality technicians, fair prices
I gave two stars because the process of getting my car there was a breeze, due to them being flexible and having an overnight drop off services. They also did explain the process being $75 for a diagnostics (which I had already performed and knew what the issue was). I was ok with that and explained to them the issues I was having with the vehicle. They received my car and kept it for a day to complete the diagnostics.
