There was an option for online for an "appliance" dolly, which I reserved, however, the location did not have this. The rep gave me a dolly and roller to make up for not having. Was great way to handle thanks!

Very good and efficient customer service. The only down side was that the truck was not on sit and getting to its location was cumbersome. Overall good experience. Will definitely rent from U-Haul in the future.
