I always get a good cut here and they do a really good job on my beard. I have used Lewis most of the time I've been there. He does a great job.
This was my first time visit here. I'd start by saying I genuinely reached exactly 7 min late to my appointment with Gerardo. I'd assume he had stepped away briefly by then so I was asked to wait for him which I did for about 15 min. I saw him coming in, combing his hair etc. while I was waiting but did not take an opportunity to speak with me, letting me know he was Gerardo and acknowledging my appointment.
