Fantastic to deal with. Responsive and highly efficient. I have had need to seek their help twice - once for approval for air-conditioning and once for approval for a new ensuite. I was lucky enough on both occasions to have my matters handled by the wonderful Eunice. Absolutely hopeless. You ask a simple question (via email cos they never answer the phone) about your levies and they send you the AGM document. Everybody knows you almost have to be a forensic accountant to understand an AGM document So you email back stating how frustrating it is when the staff are too lazy to actually answer your questions, then the “master of all avoidance” - Pedzi chimes up and says he will no longer take calls from me because I press him on issues he clearly has no interest in solving.
