Absolutely hopeless. You ask a simple question (via email cos they never answer the phone) about your levies and they send you the AGM document. Everybody knows you almost have to be a forensic accountant to understand an AGM document So you email back stating how frustrating it is when the staff are too lazy to actually answer your questions, then the “master of all avoidance” - Pedzi chimes up and says he will no longer take calls from me because I press him on issues he clearly has no interest in solving. Probably the worst customer service in existence, uses a third party phone answering service and never returns calls, tries to make all body corporate meetings digital so they can mute any questions they can’t or refuse to answer. Money goes out the door to contractors with no work to show for it. Makes owning an investment property a miserable experience when they are involved, oh and not to mention minutes from meetings seem to be watered down if there’s any constructive criticism of their performance. An Amazing team here at Community Co! Super easy and pleasant to work with Pedzi and I highly recommend!!!!
Ignores any important questions, can't provide context for votes and uses an online platform that can't be read. Pedzi just regurgitates clipped images of legislation instead of trying to explain or help. Extortionate costs too, claiming cost increase was related to air conditioning of communal spaces. We are an open air Foyer with no communal space AC. Then demanding payment terms of 4 monthly instead of quarterly? Atrocious. Avoid.
