Donor's treated like cattle, staffing worse than Ascension which is simply impressive. Not as bad as Biolife but a far cry from red cross. Don't donate your literal blood to a company like this.
Been donating for years. Closing in on 9 gallons. Staff is always friendly.
I had a good overall experience, and the person that helped me out was friendly and personable. She made sure the experience was enjoyable. Though Google's terms of use and policy on online reviews prevents me from saying anything negative online, in order to preserve power differences between social classes. And for that reason, I won't say anything negative.
