The people that are your neighbors are absolutely disgusting, I’ve noticed dog puke, dog urine and dog poop in the halls. I’ve asked for cameras but nope they’re fine having disgusting people here. Beware. If you want a nice building this isn’t it. Also not to mention like people drive terrible in the lots, and I can never get ahold of any of the management ever. I lived here last year, and this recent heatwave brought back memories of how poorly maintenance was handled. Our apartment stayed over 90°F for weeks while I submitted multiple repair requests. Maintenance would occasionally show up, grab a tool, and never return. When they did come back, it was often months later or for unrelated issues—usually without notice. Horrible management
I’ve lived here since 2017. If you are looking for an apartment please avoid this place like the plague. The property management is absolutely horrible and non-responsive. The living conditions are worse with dog waste soaked carpets in common areas, numerous building code violations, and recently they were on KSTP News for trapping senior citizens in their 55+ building without access to an elevator for several days over the Memorial Day holiday weekend. Do yourself a favor and skip this disgusting place.
The building smells so bad, and the people in those offices are so rude. I can’t wait to finish my cataract
