The people that are your neighbors are absolutely disgusting, I’ve noticed dog puke, dog urine and dog poop in the halls. I’ve asked for cameras but nope they’re fine having disgusting people here. Beware. If you want a nice building this isn’t it. Also not to mention like people drive terrible in the lots, and I can never get ahold of any of the management ever. pet waste stained carpets in the hallways and stairs smell so strong it makes you gag. Elevators are always broken. The company that owns this complex are so cheap and wont fix any issues or address any of the problems here. They sent out a notice a while back saying it’s too expensive to fix broken ice makers in the refrigerators and to not bother sending a maintenance request for it. This complex has roaches now. Just a disgusting place to live. Do not waste even a year living here. It’s not worth it.
Save yourself the time, headache and money. The office staff is ZERO help for anything you may need assistance with. They constantly have the office closed during office hours. Work orders will never be fulfilled just prolonged hoping you’ll forget about them. 0 ’s if I could. Just check a few of the other reviews. Hope this finds you all well.
I have been living in these apartments for three months, and I am very disappointed with the lack of response from the office staff. They do not take residents’ concerns seriously, and maintenance issues remain unresolved. For example, my AC has been out of service for more than a week, yet no one has fixed it. This lack of attention and honesty is unacceptable.
