My parents live at that place more than 15 years at that place. They like that place and location, but around 3 years ago everything changed. Management is very bad, no response for complains and repair requests. Maintenance team not friendly and hard to understand them . Very bad response during emergency water leak issues. Managers blame each others, but regular peoples suffer from it. Elevators many time under repair. So many problems during renovation Not recommended that place!
I only went here because of my Chumba belt like he had to drops coming off and I was on the bus.
There are so many good things to say about these apartments! Good location, good security, excellent rent, lovely floor plans, great staff and community, and accessible to my rolling walker, with three elevators in my building. I'm grateful for the redundancy of having more than one or two elevators. I will be living here for many years to come!
