Construction supervisor blames everyone -- subs, suppliers, customers -- taking no responsibility despite being the GC. Construction defects (i.e. misalinged doors, wavy/disjointed drywall) should have been inspected by the GC but they don't hold their subs accoutnable, defects pointed out in the "build quality celebration" (i.e. pre-close inspection) and were committed to be fixed...but they push everything up against deadlines so you're unable to get back into the house before close...then you close and they aren't fixed. ... read more
Terrible subs, no pride in workmanship. Be ready to go to battle if you sign, they will roll over you if you let them. You have to fight when things are not right.
