Love living here. Hoa is not intrusive. But always read rules before buying and make sure you can live with established rules. Great community. Love the ladies club, super polite teens that want to earn extra money helping with small projects. Everyone is so respectful of each other. This is a great place to just relax and enjoy nature and let the worries of city life go; without being too far from city.
A developer-controlled HOA with ZERO transparency. Treats homeowners like mushrooms. And the volunteer HOA positions are powerless because Danny Signorelli controls the majority of votes! Like it or Leave it!
Love living here...just so relaxing!
