Lorabeth Spaulding is absolutely amazing!!! 10/10! My experiences with her have been nothing short of phenomenal. She handles matters with care and sensitivity. She treats you like a human and not “just a tenant” in my 4 years of living there no one stood out like Lorabeth. She works hard, efficiently, and with care. Thank you Lorabeth for a smooth move out process and I wish you well on your journey.
My lease is about up and I'd like to share my experience. I'd consider staying if I weren't relocating out of the area. When I first moved here a year ago, there were shootings often but that slowed down. The maintenance staff are awesome. They keep the property clean and all my requests have been resolved in a timely manner. Bernard is amazing and very personable. Dayrise Residential manages this complex. They are not attentive to the property and they do not care about residential concerns. I was rented this property on false pretense. I was told that the swimming pool would be accessible and it hasn’t been open all summer. I looked forward to using to the pool for exercise & therapy, I based my decision of moving here because of the pool.
