Ceiling of my apartment has water damage and leaks, and despite management knowing for months nothing has been done. Squirrels also live in the Ceiling and walls, but management refuses to do anything about this, as "They'll probably just come back". Management is generally horrendous and the leasing office is typically empty.
I have lived here for 3 years and I like it here. It’s not a new property but it works for me. The new Management seem to care about us unlike the previous people.

I am current resident at commons at university Square apartments. On wensday October 29 2025 my ceiling feel in. I put a work order in on August indicating that there where water stains on my ceiling.which means there was a roof leak indication that there was a roof leak. The maintenance supervisor at that came out informed that there was a roof leak. And a vendor would have to come out to fix the roof leak. My experience today was like none other from the time I walked in Lorabeth Spaulding was beyond helpful. Her kindness, patience and knowledge was top notch. Once I expressed my interest in the apartment she literally walked me through the process step by step. Meeting her today was definitely a blessing. Now the property was beautiful quiet and clean.
