Do not sign a lease here, the property has recently come under new management who immediately decided to fire all but one of the maintenance people. I've had a work order for a broken toilet for seven weeks, and every time I've followed up they lie and say they'll send someone next week. I hate I had to even give it a star because it doesn’t deserve it This is by far the absolute worst apartment complex in Charlotte! DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have been here for less than a month and I’ve already had a 2 leaks in both bathrooms, no A:C, mold in the bathroom and the trash company they use is HORRIBLE! They have no maintenance to come fix any problems. Ready to break my lease and just suffer the consequences later because this place is a joke!!
I drove over four hours from Virginia for a scheduled apartment tour on June 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. I had both a confirmation email and text message confirming the appointment. Despite arriving approximately 15 minutes early, no one was available for the scheduled tour.
