Dayrise Residential manages this complex. They are not attentive to the property and they do not care about residential concerns. I was rented this property on false pretense. I was told that the swimming pool would be accessible and it hasn’t been open all summer. I looked forward to using to the pool for exercise & therapy, I based my decision of moving here because of the pool. First and foremost all these 5 star reviews are fake. There’s nothing 5 stars about this place. I guess they have to make fake pages to help with the reviews since the people who actually live here have nothing nice to say. I’ve been a resident here for 5 years and it’s been the worst experience ever. I’ve been falsely evicted due to a “mistake” made by Maria’s assistant according to herself.
