This was by far the worst living situation I have ever experienced. Upon move-in, our apartment was not cleaned. Dirt, dust, and stains everywhere. We had to spend considerable time cleaning out the apartment before actually moving in. It took us months to be able to receive items that were missing in our apartment upon move-in (shelves/racks for refrigerator, damaged furniture). Read the lease in full. The Lease states that promises, understandings, and warranties are not valid unless they are in the lease, so just because they tell you that you're getting something, don't believe them unless you see it on the lease. I trusted the leasing agent there way too much and then got trapped in a lease that did not match what we had talked about, in how long my lease was or what the set up of the apartment was.
