don't move here I never believe the reviews that have ever been posted but trust me I don't gain anything from posting this. My boyfriend and I went to OC to look at their townhouse and we were lied to our faces. They told us that the new renovated townhomes they had were for the 799 special. Olentangy Commons = Shady Mangement / Unsafe (Break-Ins) After living in the Ohio State off-campus area for 4 years all at different location I decided to move to a quieter and nicer location. Well I can honestly say I made the worst living choice by moving to the Olentangy Commons out of all of the 5 places in the last 5 years.
Decent college rentals I've known five or six people who lived in this area. Its a huge apartment complex with mostly college students or other young people. Its in a decent part of town compared to other apartments in its price range. The apartments definitely are nothing to write home about, but they are pretty good. I would live here if I needed to.
