Was told to leave because service dogs in training are NOT allowed. Even thought Ares was being perfectly behaved. Then security officer Broadbent refused to give me his name and handed me a ADA Print out on what a service dog was.ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Guest services then said it was the malls managers " new " rule Mr. Charles R. Sullivan. With how heartless this was handled i ended up triggering and ended up in one of the worst panic attacks to date and Ares continued to WORK and do his JOB to help me the best he could. This is the only mall I know that only allows "service TRAINED dogs " I understand if it's just an ordinary pet.. but service/ emotional support animals have purpose..to top that off, I had a rent a cop come up to me and got all sarcastic abt it and telling me there's signs on every entrance... but not everyone enters the mall genius! I'm glad Macy doesn't have that "rule" security just needs to focus on her flash light and shop lifters...no wonder the malls dead ...
