Stopped by the shop at 9:45 this morning to drop of a wheel needing a new tube. The sign on the door indicated they're open and the door was unlocked. There were about a half a dozen people in the shop, all except one were sitting by the counter chatting. The other guy looked at me and said "We open at 10". He clearly had no interest in my business. I'll take my wheel elsewhere.
I just walked in and asked if I could set an appointment to bring in my bike for a derailleur adjustment. This awesome guy who I don't even know his name told me just bring it in, and I can do that right now, no appointment needed. I was like, for real? So I brought in my bike, and he repaired my derailleur on the spot! It only took him like 5 min! The price was great, the service was great, and super fast! I definitely recommend this place! A+ Thanks, Common Wheel!
A friend recommended this shop to me for a tire fix - service was nice and quick. I would recommend it to other people.
We borrowed bikes from a local hotel that we were staying at and the bikes needed some attention during our ride in Lancaster City. We stopped at the Common Wheel for help with a bike and the guys were very friendly and helped us in a few minutes. We were super appreciative of their help on a bike that did not belong to us!
