I appreciate MacKenzie's gracious response to my experience several weeks ago. I believe everyone deserves a second chance. And I realize I overreacted and was unreasonably harsh in my criticism.
Stopped by the shop at 9:45 this morning to drop of a wheel needing a new tube. The sign on the door indicated they're open and the door was unlocked. There were about a half a dozen people in the shop, all except one were sitting by the counter chatting. The other guy looked at me and said "We open at 10". He clearly had no interest in my business. I'll take my wheel elsewhere.
