CSD is the most excellent method for a couple to navigate the separation/divorce process. Mediation makes for a much smoother transition. Absolutely ALL staff are extremely professional and helpful at all times. I was always responded to with courtesy and the desire to be as helpful as possible. Staff explained anything I was uncertain about in a timely manner. I cannot over emphasize how impressed I have been with the services of CSD. I highly recommend the services of CSD!
This company is incredible! We paid one fee each up front and they took care of EVERYTHING. They have everything and everyone you need in order to mediate your separation. You don't have to figure out which lawyers, real estate agents, mediators, financial advisors, etc to meet with and in what order and what info do they each need, etc. They have the process down to a science, they walk you through each step of the way and you just have to do the homework. The Common Sense Divorce provides a professional means by which to address and arrive at a formal seperation agreement. In addition, they do so with respect and empathy for both parties and with impartiality. They educate the participants and absolutely remove any anxiety, ill will and any other aspects that could otherwise cloud those going through the formal aspects and obligations of a separation.
Working with The Common Sense Divorce was the best decision I could have made. They made a difficult situation go smoothly with their lawyer free process. It was efficient and the communication was excellent. Any questions were answered in a timely fashion and I felt I was guided through the process expertly. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a conflict free divorce.
