Beautiful atmosphere with very bad menu and food!! I got the salmon for 45$ wasn’t good at all the ravioli for 40$ are rip off!! Safe your money and skip this ripoff restaurant!!!!!
Such a gorgeous venue, and we had perfect service from our charming waitperson Yoa (hope we have the name right). She couldn’t have balanced responsiveness with respect for our privacy better, and her recommendations for meals and drinks were absolutely correct. We had a generous charcuterie board first, then I had salmon entree ($45) which was delicious and so generous a portion I brought some home. A lovely dinner - just wish there’d been more people there, but the prices are prohibitively high.
As soon as you walk in it feels like you’ve stepped into a movie set of the Great Gatsby. The nostalgic bars and space is beautiful with a lot of history. I had high expectations but was severely let down. The bartender did not measure a single thing. The old fashioned and viex carre were terrible. Perhaps one of the worst drinks I have ever had.
It feels like you are transported to another era! The Commodore is getting back after a hiatus and I am so glad! The cocktails are excellent, I only had apps so I can't speak to the dining menu, but the apps were great! Our bartender was attentive and professional. The hours are limited, but it's worth visiting just for the atmosphere!
