I normally don't leave reviews like this but I'm very frustrated. My mother banked with this bank. She passed away in April. I live out of state in CO. When I finally received my mother's death certificate I contacted this bank. I sent an email on June 5 to April which was on a Friday. When I didn't get a reply I called on June 8th. I was told she was out of the office so I left a voice mail. Than I called again June 16th as I still haven't received a reply. Worst bank ever. Never bank here. The Shazam is a joke. Someone hacked our account and we still didn't get our money returned. RUDE ppl work here.
Art is a great man. Love the people here. He helped me and my wife out and put trust in us. We already paid off 3 loans with them. I will continue to come here
