Very disappointed in the service from The Comfort Source. -Made an appointment for Tuesday. A time window between 10-11 - I called them after 11 (11:18) to be told they are running behind. - another hour later still no call - I finally got a hold of them via text and rescheduled for the next day (Wednesday). ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME THING HAPPEN!!! UGGG No show no call when I tried calling with no answerer, I was texted "Sorry, I can't talk right now." they were on the phone with the techs. The Comfort Source are our new heroes! Our furnace starting acting up - constantly cycling on and off. We called one of the big companies in town - they sent a tech who diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. They said the furnace was too old to get a replacement part and then starting telling me I needed a brand new furnace for either $7K or $12K (they were nice enough to give me two options!) Five-Star Service from Tony! Tony came out late Wednesday night to fix our heater and quickly diagnosed the issue within minutes. Since it was late and he didn’t have the right control board for our older unit in his van, he returned the next day and had it replaced in no time. The heater fired up like a champ! Tony was not only efficient but also incredibly courteous. Because of his outstanding service, I’ll be turning to this company for all my heating and cooling needs moving forward.

My whole experience was excellent - everyone I spoke with was friendly, professional, and punctual and we got a same day AC fix on a hot summer day with a simple part replacement. The rep who came out also took the time to explain the process and expense involved in replacing the AC/furnace units, but didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I’ll definitely use Comfort Source when the time for replacement comes!
