I had an emergency tonight regarding my home's furnace and James came to our house and promptly fixed the issue. This was absolutely one of the best service calls I've had in years and I will definitely be asking for him again for any HVAC-related work going forward.
We have a house that presented many challenges for upgrading our HVAC system to a high efficiency heat pump. Scott listened to all my wants and ideas then only improved upon them. A challenging installation that went absolutely flawlessly. It was a pleasure to watch Scott and his assistant Matt work. Both had a positive, professional attitude the entire time. James did a great job. Very personable. Knowledgeable and gave me some really good advice. Hope to have him back to see my furnace in the future.
Follow up at the bottom: I called the Comfort Shoppe because they installed the furnace but after about $700 that included a smaller piece of work 1) 11am is "first thing in the morning" for them. No notice given to me. 2) My 20" Channel locks left with the tech and the shop claimed they were his. I couldn't even get them to get the tech to give me a call. 3) My furnace stopped stopped working within 72 hours. 4) When I called Saturday morning at 7:30am to report the furnace stopped working they didn't bother to call me.
