problem was our furnance was a no go. Also out of town so my daughter made the service call. Service tech James showed up and did some trouble shooting. He quickly and correctly diagnosed the problem. A quote for service was quickly emailed to me. Part was ordered and installed. Furnance now working. Thank you.

Follow up at the bottom: I called the Comfort Shoppe because they installed the furnace but after about $700 that included a smaller piece of work ;my furnace stopped working within 72 hours, worse this time though -I was missing a $125 tool -I was told a tale of HVAC guys and kickbacks on red tags that I didn't believe; it didn't fit that group of guys or my impression of them. -First thing in the morning for the repair turned out to be 11am in the morning; no phone calls and the phone wasn't answered when I called. Awesome group of experienced technicians. I was without heat at the beginning of cooling season and James was able to quickly and accurately diagnose my issue and come up with a repair while replacement parts were on the way. 10/10 would recommend their services.

James just left after servicing our furnace. Very efficient checked to see if we needed anything and did try to up sell any not needed services. Great job

Excellent service - Our furnace was intermittantly turning off during this latest cold snap. They fit us in almost immediately. James did a fantastic job, and got it working again, and gave us some good advice to keep it going!(It is a little old!) They are consistently reliable and offer a great service.
