I purchased a new mattress from The Comfort Shop in Sydney recently where I saw their amazing wall beds. I have now put one of their wall beds into our small Airbnb on Mermaid Beach. Seamless service and installation. I could not be happier. Not to mention the extra income. Next one is for my home in Sydney. Thank you. Simon.

Firtunately the store is closed in Brisbane.We purchased a fold out bed at Christmas and after paying extra for installation we found the bed did not operate immediately. After numerous emails and phone calls and visits finally a rep and the original installer identified issues with the bolt and locking mechanism. Head office refuse to refund or replace according to Australian consumer law. Weve been told its a problem of the floor the installer and rep never raised and no evidence to this. We are deeply disappointed and ext... read more

Maybe the store location is a bit unfortunate and it's very dark inside compared to the previous store but it's worth a visit if you're in the market for something a bit different and comfortable. Recliners, beds and very smart wall beds are all on display. They may not have a lot of choice but their focus is on quality and exclusivity. If you live in a small space then check out their specially designed solutions for such a setup. Not cheap but certainly very comfortable.
