Unfortunately, the reputation built by previous owners of comfort guy has been tarnished by the new staff. Take my advice and don't waste your time. Even in freezing conditions, leaving two messages, no call back. No emergency number for furnaces that decide to quit working "after hours," and your house is 50 degrees.
Thanks to the company of The Comfort Guy they were very busy an very reliable an easy to work with thru the hard time of the year thanks for the great work we had a new furnace installed in 2017 when our old furnace caught fire an we needed a furnace in middle of winter an thanks for the amazing Service they work hard an very respectful to us an my family members an they treated our home very good we need more people like this guys keep up the great work may the Lord bless each an everyone for their hard work stay safe
They were very easy to get a hold of a book. They came exactly when I expected them too. They were very clear about what I should expect for cost, and when they discovered that one of the options we'd selected would not have worked the way we thought they advised us as such so that we wouldn't waste our money. I'd highly recommend them.
